Welcome to PHOTO U PRO™ official. By accessing or using our mobile application (the “App”) or Website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Website.

1. Eligibility

To use the App or Website, you must meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, which is at least 13 years old in most locations. By using the App or Website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. App Availability and Installation Disclosure

The PHOTO U PRO™ official mobile application (the “App”) is currently available exclusively for Android™ devices. Development of an iOS® version is ongoing and will be announced upon its official release.

Please be advised that the App is not distributed through the Google Play Store and is not hosted, reviewed, verified, or endorsed by Google LLC, Google Play, or any of their affiliates or subsidiaries. During installation, your device may identify the App as originating from an unknown source.

To complete installation, you may need to enable installation from unknown sources or grant permission to trust the source. These permissions are solely for installation and do not imply association with or approval by Google or any third-party marketplace.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• The App is distributed directly by PHOTO U PRO™ official and not through any third-party app store or marketplace;
  
  

• The App has not been reviewed, certified, or endorsed by Google Play or any similar platform; and
  
  

• You assume all risks associated with the installation, operation, and use of the App obtained from sources outside of official marketplaces.

PHOTO U PRO™ official makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App’s performance, compatibility, or security when obtained from any source other than our official website. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PHOTO U PRO™ official, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, data breach, or other harm arising from or in connection with the download, installation, or use of unauthorized or modified versions of the App.

3. Use of the App or Website

You agree to use the App or Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code;
  
  

• Use the App or Website to infringe intellectual property rights;
  
  

• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the App’s or Website’s functionality.

All content, logos, and trademarks within the App or Website are the property of PHOTO U PRO™ official or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Your use of the App or Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PHOTO U PRO™ official shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or Website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of the United States of America.
